Tuition & Costs

Registration Fees:

All families pay a registration fee of $45 for their first dancer and $30 for each additional family member. First month’s tuition is required at the time of registration. This fee is due in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable. 

Tuition Fees

Our season runs from Mid-August through Mid-May.  The monthly tuition rate is not based on the number of classes during a month, but on the entire duration of our ten month season.

40 min. $73

55 min. $84

  • Tuition begins on August 15th and the last payment will be May 15th.
  • Class fees are automatically deducted from your credit card on file on the 15th of the month. A $25 late fee will be assessed on the 20th of each month for any unpaid tuition fees. No Exceptions. Dancers with unpaid tuition by the last day of the month will be unable to attend any further classes.
  • Fall Classes begin August 19th!
Class Packages & Tuition Packages

All tuition packages are monthly fees per dancer. Fees cannot be shared by siblings.

Multi-Class Discounts:

  • 5% off 2nd class
  • 3 classes (30 min each) – $178
  • 3 classes (longer than 30 min each) -$192
  • 4 classes (30 min each) – $224
  • 4 classes (longer than 30 in each) – $235

Daytime Class Discounts:

5% Off daytime classes Mon. through Fri., before 4pm!


*All discounts apply to the least expensive class

Recital Costumes

$102.00 plus tax for all Creative Classes and younger.  All other classes: $110.00 plus tax. Payments are auto-deducted on Nov 1st, annually. Any recital costume ordered on or after December 15th, will be charged an additional $10 + tax. Payments are non-refundable.

Costume fees do not include any costume accessories such as tights, gloves, shoes, etc. Any recital costumes not picked up by the final day of classes for that season, will be donated.

Please contact the office directly at 740-548-4600 PRIOR TO Nov. 1st if your dancer will NOT be participating in our annual recital in May.

Recital Fees

A recital fee of $52.00 for the first dancer and $35.00 per each additional dancer will be auto-deducted from accounts on April 1, annually. The recital package includes live stream access to the entire show, a free digital download of the show (will be sent via email), a special gift for your dancer, dancer monitoring/supervision prior to and during the show, and special guest visitors for our dancers.

Late Fees

Class fees are automatically deducted from your credit card on file on the 15th of the month. A $25 late fee will be assessed on the 20th of each month for any unpaid tuition fees. No Exceptions. Dancers with unpaid tuition by the last day of the month will be unable to attend any further classes.

Missed Class Policy

If notification is received prior to missing a class, a make-up class may be arranged. Make-up classes must be completed within 30 days. MISSED CLASSES ARE NOT REFUNDED.There will be NO credit for missed classes. Students are able to make-up a missed class with a similar level class, by contacting the front desk to set this up. We are unable to provide make-up classes after April 15th, annually, due to recital preparation. There will be no make-up classes offered for scheduled holiday closings. Please refer to our Academy Calendar  for these dates.

NorthPointe Dance Academy reserves the right to cancel classes with 7 or less students. Please see our Parent Agreement below for more information.
