- Any form received after close of business on the due date will automatically be charged a $25 late fee. No exceptions. Any Changes to a Form after the final due date will be automatically charged a $25 change fee.
- Please submit only 1 solo/duet /trio per form.
- Mark of Excellence : Max 2 solos in separate categories
- ShowBiz: Max 3 solos in separate categories (Level 1 dancers limited to 2)
- ID: Max 2 solos in separate categories
- Star Systems Nationals: Max 3 solos in separate categories
Upon submitting, you should receive an email copy of your form. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive confirmation from NDA that we have received your form. If you do not receive the 2nd confirmation within 2 business days, please contact NDA at privatelessons@dancenda.com.
