Parents, Treat Yourself to a FREE Pure Barre Class!

NDA has enjoyed partnering with Pure Barre’s Polaris location since before their opening when we hosted space for their teacher trainings. Just as we are advocates for children’s strength training, flexibility and balance, mind-body connection and community, we love to see parents fostering the same care for themselves.

NDA is partnering with Pure Barre Polaris to provide NDA Parents with a FREE Pure Barre class!
